He is an expert in the design and implementation of large scale enterprise solutions. His leadership skills and "make it happen" motto bring out the best in people, resulting in a highly motivated team that works for customer success. After working for 6 years in Silicon Valley, California, he returned to his hometown in Chandigarh, India and founded NVISH Solutions. NVISH developed an innovative, highly efficient global delivery model, serving clients like Hitachi, Sony, Fujitsu etc. Prior to founding NVISH, he has developed large scale IT solutions with companies like Fujitsu, Hitachi, Bank of America across the globe. Mr. Singh holds an MBA degree in International Business.

Having worked and lived on several continents, he is an experienced executive who brings a strong international dimension to his role. He is widely known in the industry for his strategic planning, and analytical skills, along with a demonstrated ability to act as a true business partner and leader across all functions of the organization. Prior to founding NVISH Solutions, Mr. Kahal worked at key positions in companies like Puncom, Fujitsu and Tradebeam Inc.
